About the Course

There is a misconception that you have to follow any program as it’s written or you are doing it wrong
The problem is blind adherence (locking yourself in) to a generalized approach (without the ability to critically think for yourself), is a great blueprint to plateau, burnout, or worse, get hurt.

The reality is, with a basic understanding of how to self-assess and critically think, you can over time develop the skill to nearly customize ANY program. We’ve combined years of coaching and personal experience through performance and even injury to arrive at these basic and consistent steps that you apply in any workout, with any program that you want to follow.

This allows you to confidently perform any workout that is written, progress faster, and do it as long as you like.
